Export Your Data: Consider exporting your important thoughts and notes before deletion (if this feature is available).

Temporary Break: If you need a break, consider simply not using the app for a while instead of deleting your account.

How to Request Account Deletion

To ensure the security of your account and verify your identity, account deletion requests must be submitted via email. Please follow these steps:
